Electa: Fig Liqueur Cocktails

Aegean Martini (version 1 - basil and lemon)
Fill rocks glass with ice
Add 2oz Electa Fig Liqueur
Add 1/2oz Finger Lakes Harvest Basil Extract
Add 3/4oz Torani® Ginger Lemongrass syrup
Add 1/2oz lemon juice
Stir well to combine

Aegean Martini (version 2 - lemon and walnut)
Fill shaker with ice
Add 2oz Electa Fig Liqueur
Add 3/4oz Element [Shrub]® Lemon Mint
Add 3/4oz Torani® Ginger Lemongrass syrup
Add 3-4 dashes Fee Brothers' Black Walnut Bitters
Shake well and strain into martini glass

Chai Spice Martini / Spiced Chai Sipper
Fill shaker cup with ice
Add 2oz Electa Fig Liqueur
Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Cinnamon Lake
Add 3/4oz Element [Shrub]® Chai Pear
Shake or stir to combine
Strain into martini glass

Spiced Switchel Lemonade
Fill tall glass with ice
1oz Electa Fig Liqueur
3/4oz Element [Shrub]® Chai Pear
Top with lemonade and stir well until combined
Garnish with lemon and orange slices studded with cloves

Spiced Toddy
Steep one bag of Bigelow Vanilla Caramel tea or Bigelow Vanilla Chai in a mug for 5 minutes
Add Electa Fig Liqueur to taste (1-2 oz recommended)
Stir and garnish with a cinnamon stick
