Myer Farm Rose Gin Cocktails

Rose Gin Fizz
     Created by Jess M. and Tom G.
1.5 oz Rose Gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (demerara recommended)
3 oz seltzer
1 oz egg white

Shake Rose Gin, lemon, simple, and egg white together until frothy
Strain into glass and top with seltzer
Garnish with lemon slice and an edible flower

Raspberry Rose
Fill tall glass with ice
1 oz Myer Farm Rose Gin
2 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz Torani® Raspberry syrup
1/4 oz lime juice
3 dashes Fee Brothers' Rhubarb Bitters
Top with soda water, stir well
Garnish with lemon and frozen raspberries
