Myer Farm Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin Cocktails

Autumn Smash
Muddle in a shaker cup:
     Orange wedge
     Maraschino cherry
     2-3 fig halves
     2-3 dashes Fee Brothers' Plum Bitters
     1/4 oz simple syrup
Add ice and 2 oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
Shake vigorously, strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass

Award Winner
Fill tall glass with ice
1 oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
Fill with Sparkling Ice Crisp Apple Sparkling Water
Stir in a dash of angostura bitters
Garnish with cinnamon stick

Cayuga-cane (CLWT Mardi Gras special)
Add ice to tall glass
2 oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
3/4 oz Torani® Coconut Syrup
Fill with Finger Lakes Harvest Fuzzy Navel mix
Stir well, garnish with lemon and cherry

Cayuga-Rita
Add ice to shaker cup
2 oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz triple sec
1/4 oz simple syrup
4-5 dashes Fee Brothers' Fee Foam
Shake until frothy and pour into rocks glass with a salted rim
Garnish with lime

     For a spicy margarita: halve lime juice to 1oz and add 1oz Element [Shrub]® Honeydew Jalapeño

     For super spicy: also add a dash of Tabasco sauce, and omit simple syrup for 1/4 oz of black pepper simple syrup:
          Dissolve 1 1/2 tablespoon of sugar in 1/4 cup hot water
          Add 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and let chill overnight

Chocolate Orange Blossom Martini
Fill shaker cup with ice
Add 2oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
Add 1/4oz Fee Brothers' Aztec Chocolate Bitters
Add 2oz orange juice
Shake well and strain into martini glass
Garnish with an orange wedge and edible violets

Cranberry Spice
Half-fill rocks glass with ice
1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
Fill with cranberry juice
Stir in 2-3 dashes of angostura bitters
Garnish with a lime wedge

Double Gold / Ginger-Apple Spritz
Fill tall glass with ice
Add 2oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
3/4oz Torani® Apple Syrup or 2oz apple cider
Top with ginger ale and stir well
Garnish with lemon

Gold Runner (Mardi Gras Special)
Add ice to rocks glass
1 1/2 oz Cayuga Gold Barrel Gin
1/2 oz triple sec
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz cranberry juice
Top with lemon-lime soda
Stir well and garnish with lime

Golden Apple
Half-fill rocks glass with ice
1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
Fill with apple cider; stir well
Garnish with an apple wedge and cinnamon stick

Golden Ticket
Add ice to tall glass
2oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
3/4 oz Torani® Apple Syrup
1/4 oz Torani® Raspberry Syrup
Fill with ginger ale and stir well
Lemon garnish

Harvest Moon
Add ice to shaker cup
1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
3oz Master of Mixes® White Peach Mix
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Sprinkle each ground cinnamon and clove
Shake well and pour (no strain) into rocks glass

Island Sunset
Add ice to shaker cup
1oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
1oz Fee Brothers' Falernum syrup
1/2oz Fee Brothers' Orgeat syrup
1/2oz pineapple juice
1/4oz lime juice
Shake and pour (no strain) into tall glass
Fill glass with fresh ice
Top with cranberry juice
Garnish with lime wedge

Lakesider
Fill shaker cup with ice
2oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
1/2oz Fee Brothers' Falernum Syrup
1/2oz Atsby Armadillo Cake Vermouth
3 dashes Fee Brothers' Cranberry Bitters
Shake well and pour into rocks glass
Top with cranberry juice, if desired
Garnish with orange wedge

Liquid Gold
Add ice to mixing glass
1.5oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
1/2oz triple sec
3-4 dashes Fee Brothers' Orange Bitters
Shake over ice; pour into rocks glass
Top with ginger ale
Garnish with lemon wedge

Peach on the Beach
Add ice to cocktail shaker
1.5oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
1oz Master of Mixes' White Peach Mix
1oz orange juice
1oz pineapple juice
Shake well and strain into martini glass
Garnish with a maraschino cherry dropped in bottom of glass

Sunshine Wishes
Fill tall glass with ice
1.5oz Cayuga Gold Barrel-Aged Gin
1/4oz Torani® Almond Syrup
1/4oz lime juice
1.5oz cranberry juice
Fill with soda water
