Group Reservation Policies

We are unable to accept reservations for groups over 25 people. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. For any questions, please contact us.

To schedule a reservation for your group, please call the tasting room at 607-532-4800 or by email at our contact form (if an email is not responded to within a few days of sending, please call to ensure your reservation is completed).

We accept reservations any time after 11:15 a.m. and up until 45 minutes prior to closing (closing at 6:00 during summer hours, reservations taken until 5:15; closing at 5:00 in the winter, reservations taken until 4:15) dependent on group size.

Information we require for group reservations are:

  • Time and date of arrival
  • Transportation company (if applicable)
  • Reason for gathering (casual tour, birthday/wedding party, etc.)
  • Amount of people in group
  • A primary contact person with their phone or email

All group members must be over the age of 21 and ready to show proof of age as needed.
We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is visibly intoxicated.

We offer three quarter-ounce tastings, of any of our spirits, for $3. We ask that all tasting fees be collected ahead of time and presented to the cashier at the time of a group's arrival. Cocktails from our in-house menu are also available, at $5 each and a limit of two per person. If a large number of people know they will be ordering drinks, we also ask that that money be collected ahead of time and paid at once. Otherwise, cocktails will be sold on an individual basis, preferably after all tastings have been completed. Cocktails may not be taken with the group when they leave - they must be consumed on-site, regardless of limo/bus accomodations.

If arriving by a bus or extended limo, the best way to navigate our parking lot is to drop off group members at the door and then back around the corner, mindful of the garden, to park on the north side of our production wing. The main section of the parking lot is too narrow to accomodate bus turnarounds.
