Fill tall glass with ice
Add 1oz J. Earl Myer Ginger Lake
Fill with ginger ale
Stir well
Garnish with stemmed maraschino cherry

Copar Bodhrán [Copper Drum] (March 2016)

Fill rocks glass with ice
Add 1oz John Myer Wheat Whiskey
Add 3/4oz lemon juice
Add 2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Fill with sparkling cider
Stir well

Foolin' Around (April 2016)

Fill shaker cup with ice
Add 1oz John Myer Rye Whiskey
Add 1oz Myer Farm Gin
Add 1/2oz lemon juice
Add 1/2oz grenadine
Add 2-3 dashes plum bitters
Add 1/4oz Fee Foam or egg white
Shake vigorously until foamy
Strain into martini glass
Garnish with orange wedge

May Day Sipper (May 2016)

In a rocks glass, muddle:
    Lemon wedge
    1/4oz Myer Farm Ginger Vodka
    2-3 dashes bitters
    1/4oz simple syrup
Add ice
Add 1.5oz John Myer New York Straight
 Rye Whiskey - Single Barrel
Stir well
Garnish with another lemon wedge

Summer Rays (June 2016)

In a shaker cup, muddle:
    1-2 leaves chocolate mint
    1/4oz maple syrup
Add ice
Add 1oz John Myer Bourbon Whiskey
Add 3-4 dashes Black Walnut bitters
Shake well, pour into rocks glass
Top with sparkling cider
Garnish with orange wedge
